Our 30-Day Reset Guarantee


We created Deep Reset Night Butter to help you navigate an overstimulated world. We want you to feel the physical "unclench" for yourself. If you’ve used Oruvia consistently and don’t feel it’s helping you reset, we don't want you to keep it.


We offer a 30-day window for returns on your first order.


How it Works

  1. The Trial: Give your nervous system time to adjust. We recommend using Deep Reset for at least 7 nights to experience the full cumulative effect of the transdermal magnesium and botanicals.

  2. The Request: If you’re still not satisfied, email us at hello@oruvia.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  3. The Return: For first-time customers, we will provide instructions on how to return your jar. Once received, we will issue a full refund (minus original shipping costs).


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the glass jar is broken or the product is defective, contact us immediately. We will ship a replacement out to you at no additional cost. We’ll make it right, fast.

Exchanges

Since we currently focus on our hero product, the Deep Reset Night Butter, we do not offer traditional exchanges. If you have an issue with your specific order, please reach out so we can provide a solution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
