Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your package’s journey toward your nightstand directly through the link provided.

International Shipping

Currently, Oruvia ships within California, United States. We are working hard to bring the "Reset" to the rest of the world soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we launch in your region.

Missing or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be missing in transit, please contact us immediately at hello@oruvia.com. We will prioritize your request to ensure your reset isn't delayed.

Change of Address

Need to update your delivery location? Please email us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed by our warehouse, we are unable to redirect the shipment.
