Oruvia Shipping Policy

1. Processing Times

We know you’re ready to uncoil. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST Monday through Friday are typically processed the same day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer tiered shipping to get your Reset to you as quickly as possible:

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 Business Days): $X.XX (Flat Rate)

  • Priority Shipping (1–3 Business Days): Calculated at checkout.

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $XX (and on all recurring subscriptions).

3. Domestic Shipping Only (USA)

Currently, Oruvia ships to all 50 U.S. states and APO/FPO addresses.

  • Note: Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and unconventional addresses may take an additional 2–3 business days.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

The moment your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Eco-Friendly Packaging

In our effort to protect the environment we draw our botanicals from, Oruvia uses recyclable glass jars and minimal, biodegradable shipping materials. Your order will arrive secure, without unnecessary plastic waste.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Oruvia is not liable for products lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery to the address provided.

  • If your tracking info shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier before contacting us.

  • If your order arrives physically damaged (broken glass), please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and email support@oruvia.com with a photo so we can ship a replacement immediately.

7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. We move fast to get orders out, so we cannot guarantee address changes after an order is placed. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will issue a refund (minus shipping costs).
